Motion as feedback, not decoration
Stage decks, pill toggles, and loaders should explain state — not perform for their own sake.
Motion earns its place when it answers a question: which card is active, where did the nav pill go, is the site still loading? Everything else is a candidate for removal.
Reduced motion is not an afterthought. Autoplay, intro curtains, and parallax all respect prefers-reduced-motion, and scroll-driven stage interactions still work with static fallbacks.
GSAP handles the heavy choreography — deck spins, split-curtain intros, magnetic buttons — but the system defaults stay in CSS so the site remains usable when JavaScript is slow or absent.
